Created out of a desire to reduce food waste, Balo Orozco uses produce slated to be thrown away. With clever flavor combinations and fermentation, their shrubs are an excellent addition to any drink, or simply poor over ice with seltzer water.

Each bottle makes roughly 16 - 18 drinks. Refrigerate after opening.
