Queens Korean Pancake Mix

A ready-to-use, everyday pancake mix that effortlessly makes perfectly crisp and pleasantly chewy, savory Korean pancakes. Entirely gluten free and pre-seasoned, our recipe is a blend of the best organic and whole ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial flavors. We use two different rice flours to keep pancakes super light and continuously crisp and crunchy. All you need is water and a mix of your favorite vegetables and proteins and you’ll have the most satisfying, customizable pancakes. Creative uses: Simply toss your vegetables and protein with a light sprinkling of Buchim Garu and a splash of water to loosen the dry mixture into a barely-there paste. Spread into a thin layer and fry in a shallow pan with plenty of oil over medium-high heat to create an even, crisp crust quickly without absorbing so much oil.
