Jamon Serrania slices are made from a Spanish bred pigs and is cured to perfection for over 17 months. Their product comes from a century old family farm in Salamanca, Spain and the pigs roam free across a protected reservation of meadow and forrest, and are fed on acorns, natural pastures and other organic foods.
